Eat well in the comfort of your own home or vacation rental. Customizable menu options for one-time meals to fully catered multi-day bookings. Breakfast, lunch, appetizers, and/or dinner. I will look after all the groceries, cooking, serving and clean-up.

SPECIALTY CATERING
Private dinner parties, specialty events, elopements, group workshops, office parties, and other social occasions. Anything goes, from off-grid outdoor events to intimate, at-home gatherings. Choose from a variety of menu and serving options.

Who is
MOUNTAIN STANDARD CATERING?
Meet Charlotte Sit, the chef (kitchen magician) of Mountain Standard Catering.
I am a perpetually stoked backcountry skier by winter and avid mountain biker by summer. In between, I can often be found creating something delicious in the kitchen.
​
My work as a chef has brought me to many lodges throughout Western Canada including Battle Abbey Lodge, Skoki Lodge, Golden Alpine Holidays, Whitecap Alpine, the Boutique Mountaineering Camp (BMC), Ice Creek Lodge, Shadow Lake Lodge, and the Revelstoke Bison Lodge at RMR.

By combining my professional experience with a Culinary Arts Diploma from the Northwest Culinary Academy, and a boundless enthusiasm for sharing the joy of eating well, I'll be sure to bring a generous serving of good cheer to your table.
